We're looking for a skilled online bidder to manage the full bidding process on platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand technical concepts, craft clear proposals, meet deadlines, and convert bids into lasting business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online freelance portals like Upwork.
- Identify appropriate job opportunities and craft tailored proposals.
- Analyze client requirements to offer suitable bidding solutions.
- Estimate project pricing based on gathered requirements.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities by understanding client needs and acquisition strategies.
- Submit completed bids to prospective or existing clients on time and within budget.
- Consistently bid on Upwork and other platforms daily to secure projects and convert them into sustained sales.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive business proposals.
- Understanding of business development processes and sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze marketing trends effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
